Regular property checks
Fences, animals, feeders, gates, trees, structures, houses/cabins, roads, water, electricity, etc. These are then sent to the owner with photographs and a simple report of findings and fixes. Regular scheduled services such landscape and cleaning services are managed and checked upon each visit.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Any improvements and projects are managed from the bidding process throughout completion with regular reporting of progress to the owner.
animal & wildlife management
Feeder maintenance, scheduling of professional guides and cooks for ranch activities are all managed through RLM. All wildlife reports and Ag-exemption reports and filings will be managed appropriately. Facilitate or initiate exotic, native and aquatic wildlife consultations and management programs.

Kept on a Quickbooks account online to be viewed from anywhere at anytime.
A yearly P&L is produced for tax professionals.
